Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
I'm an Anglo-Maltese children's book author currently residing in California.
I spent many years interviewing celebrities for glossy magazines but my heart belongs to kidlit! I'm at my happiest in an elementary
school classroom, or when I'm tinkering with a shiny new manuscript (whether it's a picture book biography or a silly, funny text).
When I'm not writing, I love to travel: I've lived on three continents and visited more than sixty-five countries. I have yet to find a cure for chronic wanderlust!
My friends would describe me as a history buff, an animal advocate, a keen photographer, a soccer fan, eternally curious, a nature lover, and an enthusiastic but decidedly amateur baker.
My debut picture book, The Corgi and the Queen, is out now, and I have more exciting titles in the pipeline!
I live in a coastal Los Angeles city with my husband and three kids, all budding bibliophiles.
NEWS AND UPDATES!
New Book Announcements
I Am Not Happy! tells the story of Quokka, who wants to correct the narrative: he isn't the happiest animal on Earth, his smile is simply upside down! I can't wait to share this misunderstood marsupial with the world in Spring 2025!
The Memory Cake is a story very close to my heart. I'm really looking forward to sharing this special book with everyone in the summer of 2025.
